RETURNS – WITHDRAWAL
For any change the cost is € 3.50 (product return) + € 3.50 (shipping new product) = € 7.00.
Changes are made according to existing prices.
Outlet products are changed only by the same category.
Product changes are made only with the company General Post.
Changes are accepted within 14 days from the day of receipt based on the receipt documents. and always concern the same collection. For returns exceeding 14 days, Bozikis reserves the right not to accept the product change. All returned items must be picked up by us in the original condition in which you received them, with no signs of wear or use.
If the product does not meet the above conditions it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.

RETURN PROCEDURE

MONEY RETURN

WRONG SHIPMENTS
